Was hoping to be of some support, I know how difficult, confusing and just blindsiding it can be to have to piece your life back together like this. I totally "get" the puzzle piecing of things back together. When I come out of it, I feel very "numb" yet as you put it trying to frantically put those pieces together in order to keep functioning. I hope things are going better for you. Hang in there.
